The Governance of the Collegiate is carried out by a Corporation or Governing Body which is comprised of 20 Members drawn from Industry and Commerce, the Community and staff and student representation. The Principal of the Collegiate is also a Member of the Corporation which carries out its work assisted by 5 Committees which are Search and Governance; Finance, Human Resources and Estates; Standards and Curriculum; Audit; and Senior Staff Salaries. In addition to the Corporation, there is the Warrington Collegiate Education Trust Board which is responsible for the operation and performance of two Academies; viz Beamont Collegiate Academy and Future Tech Studio School. Each Academy also has a Local Governing Body which reports to the Trust Board.
