When a subcontracting opportunity is available, the information provided in the EOI will be reviewed by the subcontracting team who will check against regional/national needs and College aims. You will then enter the Due Diligence stage which is a robust process to determine if the business is financially sound and able to provide a high quality standard of provision to our learners.

The following checks will be made before any contracts are approved:

  • Subcontractor Due Diligence Quality Check
    As part of our approval process, you will be required to abide by the guiding principles of our Common Accord, in which the main focus is to offer the best possible learning experience to our learners.

We would also expect you to share our values and work together ensuring that both parties have:

  • Clear expectations
  • Mutual respect
  • Ethics and confidentiality
  • Honesty

Finally, when all the documentation is completed satisfactorily, you will be invited to attend a meeting to discuss contract requirements and content before a contract is awarded.
